excellent central stay
complimentary drinks helpful service central location
I found the minibar stocked with complimentary drinks. They replaced it daily. the staff provided genuinely helpful service at all times. the hotel's central location made exploring easy, as i could walk to major attractions. the check-in was quick. The process was friendly and efficient.
i noticed only two elevators served the entire building. this sometimes caused noticeable delays and congestion.

the breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the food was amazing!!! the à la carte menu featured flavorful dishes, and i found many options to suit my preferences. each morning offered a good start to the day.

limited breakfast elevator congestion
i found that the breakfast options were rather limited. the quality was fine, however, i became bored with the selection after only two days. another issue i encountered involved the elevators. with only two elevators servicing the entire building, congestion was a frequent problem.

the room was a grand beautiful and it featured a well-stocked mini bar with complimentary drinks. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower , a nice convenience.
the elevator service was a bit slow , resulting in occasional waits during peak hours.

The room décor had a high-end feel. The free mini bar was a nice touch (i especially liked the variety). The location was perfect. I found it easy to access nearby attractions.
Sound insulation was poor. I could hear noise from outside the room. The elevators were congested. I noticed there were only two elevators for the whole building.

The location is great. It is a short walk to major attractions. The room was spacious and bright. I found the decor beautiful (it really stood out). The staff was very friendly.
The restaurant and bar were not available . I was not told this in advance. I think the cost should have been reduced to reflect this (a bit disappointing). The room had a small window at the end of the room. It was very dark inside.

insufficient counter space long elevator wait
The minibar was meant to be restocked daily. on one day, this did not happen, inconvenient. additionally, the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. it made organizing toiletries a bit challenging. also, the elevator wait times were frequently long. it seemed more elevators are necessary.

complimentary wine effective soundproofing
The complimentary wine and macaroons upon arrival were a fantastic touch!!! the bathroom included high-quality toiletries. I appreciated that. the soundproofing was effective. I didn't hear any outside noise. the free minibar was restocked daily. That was very convenient.
The elevators were occasionally congested. I had to wait a little longer than expected at times.
